Morphious is a social enterprise working with disadvantaged, hard-to-reach and marginalised client groups across South Wales to help them move from economic inactivity and enable them to contribute to society.

Our focus is on people facing the biggest barriers to success – women, lone parents, young people, people with disabilities, black and minority ethnic communities, victims of domestic abuse both male and female, offenders and ex-offenders, people on long-term benefit and those struggling with financial issues.

We engage with our clients by working in productive partnership with a range of organisations, from statutory bodies and local authorities, to not-for-profit organisations, charities and the voluntary sector.

Our partners have one thing in common – they want to help individuals increase their employability, reach their true potential and play an active role in their community. We help them achieve results.
